Information for Sellers and Buyers

Sellers are able to unload their livestock on Wednesdays evenings, Thursday evenings, and Fridays from 8:00 a.m. until sale time.  The barn is equipped with covered pens and has plenty of shade for the hot summer days.  There is also feed and water pens set up for livestock brought in early.  Sellers have the option to pick up their check or have it mailed to them.  We encourage our sellers to have their livestock here early; this helps to have a quick and efficient sale.  Livestock is sold in the order in which is unloaded.

Buyers are asked to come to the office upon arrival and receive a buyer’s number.  This is a onetime process that allows us to get all your correct information and speed up the check-out process after the sale.  We ask that you have a valid driver’s license or appropriate form of identification when registering.  If you have never purchased livestock from our auction we need an approval letter from your banker or you can call ahead and make arrangements to buy.
